Environment Desolate Plains of the Mongolians (Plains of Banishment, The Plains of Hollows)

Special conditions: This area is limits all powers not pretaining to Death/Necromancy, Fire, Wind, or Earth. (These Powers are also enhanced due to the area). Animal users are not affected for the most part.

Limitations:

• No modes of any kind can be used by anyone (ex. God mode, Demon mode)
  
• High level techniques are reduced in damage
  
• Technology is useless in all forms whatsoever (hi-tech technology or mechanisms of some sorts do not work. Bombs, etc work here)
  
• Once there u cannot leave the plains till the match is done or settled.
  
• Complete remodeling of environment is not permitted (Loki transmuting plains into forest, Psion makes ocean out of the air and floods area etc. not saying those characters would or could do that just an example. this results in shortage of life further strain may result in death)
  

Natural Obstacles:

• High thick grass (tallest 6 ft. smallest 4) muffles movement and makes seeing very diffuclt in some cases.
  
• Strong blasts of winds hit at random intervals in fight may throw of technique or may come to your advantage.
  
• The air is dry so it affects water users to abillity to drain water out of the air.
  

Hints/Tips/Uses

• This Environment can be used by anyone for battle purposes.(For further use please discuss ahead of time)
  
• Long distance users have an advantage do to the open area.
  
• This is environment can be used as a handicap for certain characters
  
• Characters affilated with mongolians in Stone Gate saga are not affected by the limitations they are equal to
  
• This environment should be watched by a third party to incorporate the random intervals of wind
  
• This may be a plain filled with grass but there are boulders spaced out along with very few old nearly dead trees.
  

History:

This environment was just inhabited by cannibals and wild animals and was primarily used to just for banishment. Then it changed the mongolians started to gather together due to a strong warrior none other than Ghenghis Khan. This warrior was exemplified by his bravery charm wisdom and lust for battle. He created a home for mongolians and wanted more. After taking small villages next on his list was China but the plains in between where the only thing in his way so he made it his domain. So to make it effective he started reasearching Necromancy and such dark practices. Not long after the place was filled curses and fortified by his dark arts. Many battles were fought between Chinese and Mongolians in the plains and as he gained more knoweledge less battles were fought and less spies were sent across the fields to mongolia. The fact was Ghenghis Khans presence was there watching now and the depths of his power is still unkwon and that was aside from the already dangerous factors of the plains. Such as mad cannibals, ravenous animals, witch doctors to tell a few. So a truce was established and the great walls construction continued towers are set up in ftont of the plains to keep surveilance upon what comes in and out. Their ar still many mysteries about the plains. (this is one of many pinnacle locations in between china and mongolia)

........I don't think any of the Zionists will want to fight here, not to mention many other characters. So many limitations and only a few characters can fight unaffected b the area, it's cool that you stepped up your game and all dude, but i dont think i'd ever wanna fight here. It'll probably backfire on you too Ichi lol.

That's the point, so what? A few limitations and you're going to back out and never fight here. I don't know about you, but I'll fight here all the time. The point is to make you think more, if you're limited in one area then you have to use something else. Now you're forced to use the enviornment to your advantage and you have to actually take into account your actions. In my opinion this is a perfect place to fight, because it's now not an issue of whose overall stronger because through all these limitations the playing feild probably level now ability wise. This area is a test of strategy... I will definitely be bringing many of my fights into the Desolate Plains.
